The shower pressure fluctuated a lot, making showering a bit of a hassle—holding down a button just to get the waterfall to work was annoying. I found the pre-check-in process to be overly complicated. submitting a passport copy and signing forms electronically ahead of time felt unnecessary. Plus, I received an avalanche of emails and texts that were all in Spanish, which was more than I bargained for and frankly a bit overwhelming.

Oh, the smoked meats at nearby Bar-Restaurante Duenas are a must-try, and the wine selection at Los Coloniales complements them beautifully! The room had a lovely terrace to soak in the warm Seville sun, and the staff provided top-notch recommendations for local dining gems.

We had an exceptional stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained, featuring convenient amenities like a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and air conditioning. The location is ideal, near the Metropol Parasol with major attractions within walking distance. The staff is fluent in English and incredibly warm and accommodating.

The penthouse with terrace was awesome! It had a huge private terrace with a stunning view, air conditioning, a kitchenette with microwave and coffee machine, and soundproofing for great sleep. Super clean room with all the toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and outdoor furniture. Loved the spa facilities with sun loungers and a solarium!
